"Me and my family had a very bad experience with Bin Ajmal Travels (Pvt) Ltd., Lahore. Unfortunately we are not the only victim of this company but there are many other Pakistanis who are suffering due to them. Since June 2021 many expats took the services of this travel agency and have gotten scammed. Bin Ajmal Travels (Pvt) Ltd. is total fraud. They agreed in our contract for 14 days in a 3-star hotel in Dubai but they dropped us in a labor camp where 12 to 14 people were in one room on bunk beds. I cannot explain what kind of smelly and stale food they provided us there. The conditions were so bad that I was forced to book my family to another hotel in Dubai. Similar ordeal happened with many other Pakistanis as well who travelled from Kenya and Kyrgyzstan through Bin Ajmal Travels. I would not recommend to use this company if you are planning to come to Saudi Arabia via Dubai or Kenya. Many local agents in small cities of Punjab, Pakistan are affiliated with Bin Ajmal Travels, so make sure before paying to your agent who they are dealing with. We will sue Bin Ajmal Travels (Pvt) Ltd. and will take them to task for what they did to us."
