"I purchased a LG OLED flat screen television from Friends Corporation in Islamabad in 2016. It developed a fault in August 2018 and it's screen turned blank. LG does not have any service center in Islamabad, instead there is one in a dungeon like small house in Rawalpindi. Having no choice, I left my USD 3,800 worth television at this dilapidated service center on August 31, 2018. It was shocking how an international brand is providing after sales services in the capital city of Pakistan. Since then my worst fears have come true and with the passage of more than 90 days I have yet to get my television repaired. In my multiple follow-ups I was told that necessary parts are on the way from Dubai. After about six weeks only one part was reported received and others were suppose to arrive on November 21. The service center in-charge is an unprofessional person which shows how LG business is managed in Pakistan in a highly disorganized manner with the motto of rip-off to unaware public. Today, I have lodged a complaint!!!"
"I have a LG microwave which is out of order and I have called Lahore service center couple of times regarding repair of my microwave but they did not entertain my complaint, then I called there 0800 helpline on 10th of May and explained my problem. They registered my complaint no. 180510026762 after many reminder calls no one has attended my complaint up till now. I am very much disappointed with the LG after sales service dealing with the costumer and understand that this brand is not up to the standard of after sale service. If my complaint is not attended within next few days, I may put this microwave out side of my house and write on it, not to buy LG products as they do not provide service and picture of this put on social media as well. "10th April 2018 was the date when we registered our complaint number 180410015007 for our LG air conditioner. Today is 1st of May 2018 but nobody rectified the fault. I called all their responsible staff in Lahore and in Karachi. I send an email to CIC department but still NO RESPONSE. This is my second experience with LG service center and found them completely useless. Very frustrating!"
"Earlier I complained regarding customer service at back office in Karachi and later in the day Mr. Anwar (LG Technician) contacted me for a visit. He reached my location on given time and solved my registered complain. He was very good at his work and gave me few helpful tips to maintain my machine. The reason I am mentioning this is for my previous comment, because of one person's careless act, complete image of a company gets ruined. Please maintain the name of a Good Brand. Reputation of a brand is built through it's people and it's service."
"I called LG to lock a complain at Toll Free number yesterday. Call Center guy was helpful and guided me according to my complain to team in Karachi city. I was given a time of 24 - 48 hours. I just called this morning to their Karachi office on Shahrah-e-Faisal for follow up. Ms. Reema answered my call, very politely confirmed that we have not yet received any leads from Head Office and the technician team will get back to you by 11:30 am. No call came in by noon, so I called again and some random guy picks up and I share the details of my complain again with him and I am put on hold! Ms. Reema, then takes the phone and after my morning recap replies that staff is in a meeting will call you in an hour or so. I was like is this the technical team who should be on the roads or the HR team who is holding back office meetings! Then I asked her to give me details of Head of Department and I will forward the issue to Call Center again. She replied please call Toll Free and complain. WOW! WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE LG PAKISTAN IS GIVING. No value for customers!!!! "
"I purchased automatic front load washing machine which unfortunately got a problem in its tenth month of operation. I filed a complaint, the LG team picked my machine and returned me after 10 days but it got worst as not running and giving error. I tried to call the manager Mr. Ehtisham and the LG team but they are not responding now for the last two days. I am going to file a case against LG Electronics, their manager and LG team in the consumer court Lahore and for damages as well. They are worst in their service and behavior!"
"LG after sales service SUCKS! 0800 operator was professional enough to recorded my complaint and told me the technician will visit in 24-48 hours. Then a technician called the next day saying he is coming over. After 45 min when I called to check I was informed that he has not even left yet. At the end he never turned up. So after 48 hours, I called the 0800 again, and the operator was apologetic and gave me the number of LG Center in my city. So called them and the lady was very professional, had all my record, said she will speak to the technician who was assigned my complaint and if he is busy she will send another one and will call me back to inform me. She also NEVER called back. In the end I had to call a private technician who sorted my problem within two hours. If LG cannot deliver on fixing problems, we are just wasting our time and money on LG products. Rest assured that now if I ever buy a home appliance, I will never ever opt for the LG brand."
"I am thoroughly disappointed with the response of LG service department. Toll Free 0800 will not register my complaint. The service center at Lahore will not respond even to a written complaint. The Head of the Region will not respond to my calls. This is even worse than a government department!"
"I was quite apprehensive after seeing the reviews posted here in regards to LG products and after sales, but then decided to pursue by myself. Let me share with you my recent experience. I called on their Toll Free and the agent picked up on the 2nd bell, listened very attentively and guided me courteously. Then I decided to make a surprise visit to their Service Center @ Faisal Town, Lahore. There I met with LG's Country Manager Mr. Khalid Niaz, who was also courteous. The Service Center was neat and tidy with proper stacking of jobs. Then I visited the Cavalry Ground, Lahore-Cantt Display Center and met with the Manager Mr. Bhadar Shair who also guided me for the information I was looking for. I realize everyone has their own experiences. I believe if you met with these gentleman for any issue I’m sure they will look into your complaints and sort your issues."
"I am afraid how LG is running its business in Pakistan. LG built its image as a reliable brand after lots of efforts and hard work but their after sales service team is out to ruin this. Strict measures are required to correct this before its too late!!"

"I own an LG TV LM 5800 which is 3D LED. Last month it developed a minor fault and after consulting the net, I took it to the LG Service Centre at Zain Electronics, Cavalry Ground, Lahore. First I was horrified to see the state of the Service Centre! It looked like a junk store with totally illiterate people running around. Anyways, they later on, presented me a bill of Rs. 8,000 and that too without explaining details of the repairs they had carried out on my tv. On my taking a firm stand, they reduced it to Rs. 5,000 but again provided no details but only informed me that they have replaced an IC Chip. I told them again and again to endorse the name of the replaced part, but each time they had a different excuse. The company which leaves its customers to such dacoit service centres, deserves no further business. I shall never buy an LG product again!"
"Hopeless service! LG technician repaired my fridge after more than two weeks of effort on my part to get them to visit. They charge an initial call out fee which is non adjustable against any further repair bills. They don't turn up at all. It took me two weeks of calling and calling for them to come. Charged me Rs.10,000 for repairs, and now a month later as the mercury rises my fridge has stopped working again! And no one is answering the phone for me to be able to register a complaint. A VERY unprofessional and client unfriendly company!!!!!"
