"Security team is taking too much time to reach after alarm!"

"I called ADT / Mutual Security as a potential new customer and asked them how to proceed further. The operator informed me that some one from sales will contact me in 30 minutes. Since then 4 days have passed, nobody called me to make me their customer. If this is the behavior for new clients then God help the old ones! They are slow and this reflects poorly on the services they are offering. In my opinion this is a company of non professionals and definitely not recommended for business."
