" پاکستان کا سب سے بکواس ترین برینڈ ہے مںی سے 06 ماہ قبل ایک ریفریجریٹر خریدا ہے جو کہ عرصہ 06 ماہ چلنے کے بعد کولنگ کرنا بند کر گاا ہے جس کو بغرض درستگی اس کمپنی کے بتائے ہوئی ورکشاپ پر بجھوایا گای ہے جو گذشتہ 07 دن سے وہاں پر پڑا ہے اور آج صبح مجھے ان کے کسٹمر کمپلین سنٹر سے بحوالہ کمپلین نمبر PKRI210116109176 لکھ کر بھجوایا گیا ہے کہ " آپ کی کمپلین پارٹ نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے پینڈنگ ہو گئی ہے جیسے ہی پارٹ موصول ہو گا آپ کی کمپلین مکمل کر دی جائے گی" اب ان عقل کے اندھوں کو کوئی سمجھائے کہ اگر کمپنی کے پاس بھی پارٹ نہیں ہے تو کسی اور سیارے سے رابطہ کر لیں شائد اُن کے پاس اس نایاب برینڈ کا پارٹ پڑا ہو۔ اگر اپنے کسٹمر کو ذلیل کرنے کا یہ سلسلہ اسی طرح جاری رہا تو انشاء اللہ وہ دن دورنہیں جب ہائیر کمپنی کا سامان لنڈے بازار سے بھی دستیاب ہو گا۔"
"Worst brand with worst after sales services. I purchased Haier DC Inverter Air Conditioner from RubaSEZ outlet, Jhelum, in 2017. It started giving problems by the end of the 2nd season. In this season, it stopped cooling at all. Compressor is under warranty but their locally hired technicians don't go for warranty claims at all because they earn more money for repairs not falling under warranty. Complain was closed twice by helpline with fake remarks. I am never ever buying Haier again!!!"
"I request to all purchasers to not purchase Haier products because they cannot give proper after sales service. I have had a very bad experience with their Sharfabad, Karachi outlet. I have been constantly trying to contact them to lodge my complain on their UAN as well as sent them emails but their is no response from them."

"NEVER EVER BUY HAIER !!!! I regret the day I bought a Haier fridge. They sell you faulty pieces knowing the fault just to increase the sales. When you complain, nobody takes it seriously, you literally have to beg them to get inspection done. After a month when product gets lifted then nobody bothers to give you status they simply say its in progress. Customer Service Centre staff at the Gulshan branch are hopeless and incompetent. I request Haier top management to close all their so called Service Centers which can not entertain customer complaints. Even the helpline service is pathetic as they only send reminders against which there is no response from the Haier team. Hopeless Haier!!!! Worst Experience!!"
"We have purchased a refrigerator of Haier. It is giving complaints since we started it. There is cooling issue, the bulb got was fused two times, the handle was cracked. Now its rubber packing is loose so it is unable to maintain the cool temperature inside. I will be grateful if there is a customer support of Haier which can check and resolve our issue. Haier is big name but the product quality is not good!"
"We had purchased one split air conditioner in 2015 and up till now it is not working properly. We are fed up of calling Haier NIPA office in Karachi but they says we cannot do anything regarding this matter. Their service center staff are incompetent and unprofessional. "I purchased two central air-conditioning units for my home. They were to be installed by August 2016 by Haier team. To date they are still not commissioned. Haier team has no technical capacity, They do not keep their commitments. When confronted they lie. The owner seems to live in cucos land or maybe he is just not bothered about his corporate culture. One of the worst companies I have dealt with! Do not ever pay them in advance beyond a small percentage to confirm the order till everything is working properly. Spend a little more and deal with better people is my advice to anyone thinking of buying Haier. Their China office does not respond to complaints either."
"I am really not satisfied with the performance of Haier team. I recently received a laptop from the Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme. It stopped working since last two weeks! Unfortunately I misplaced the Warranty Card. Now I am trying to call Haier's Karachi Service Centre but no one is even picking up the phone! It is sad that Haier earning so much profit from this scheme but they do not have time to listen and resolve our problems. HEC should take some action against the suppliers of laptops and ensure that proper after sales is provided to people!"

"I am a user of HAIER 1 Ton DC Inverter air conditioner. I am facing problems in resuming last movements of a/c wings, especially after electricity comes back. The wings change their last location whenever electricity resumes. Please ask your R&D department to fix this issue in new sets and especially deal my fault through some change in remote or in mother board as I feel too much irritation while I am sleeping to get wings on desired location."
"Has a very bad experience at your Haier Customer Service Centre in Gujrat! It has been well over three months since I called for customer support and still my washing machine is not fixed! The staff at Gujrat centre is unprofessional and dishonest. Please take notice. I am extremely disappointed to see that a company as big as yours would have such pathetic customer support. Your email address isn't valid either and this is my last attempt after which I'll be forced to post on every available blog and forum on the internet about your fraudulent practices. Please read on for details. My washing machine had an issue for which I registered a complaint ID PKGT160106103135. The technician came after a delay of few days, took out a part he referred to as "kit" and said he is sending it to the factory to get it repaired. He informed me that customer support will call me and inform me regarding charges and time required for repair. But it is now over three months I have not heard from your people."
"The company itself ranked to a leading company worldwide where as reality is completely opposite of what they are saying. I my self a victim of this company and its products and a completely dissatisfied customer and regret why I purchased such expensive but pathetic home appliances of Haier and getting nothing except of sheer wastage of money and time only and nothing else! 1) There is no after sales service. 2) Pathetic customer services. 3) No work on repeated complaints. 4) Their service centrers have no stock of spare parts of their own products. 5) Their technicians are "Big Thugs" and busy in looting innocent customers.
