"Leopards Courier the worst courier service in Pakistan. What they did with is unbelievable. On 19th June 2023 I booked my brand new unregistered Honda CG-125 motorcycle from Karachi to be delivered to me at Rawalpindi on 26th of June 2023. So when I reached the branch of Leopards Courier in Rawalpindi on the said date I was shocked to see the condition of my brand new motorcycle and what Leopards Courier had done to it during transportation. 1- Clutch Lever was broken. 2- From side Honda logo broken. Left side rear indicator broken. Handle was badly bent. Seat and oil tank were badly scratched and damaged. Front wheel cap broken. I am requesting to all not to use this courier service. I made a bad mistake using them."

My documents were returned 6 days later without notification. I was not notified. In this case, I have been calling your helpline for three consecutive days with no response. Now I am re-sending the same document through SkyNet. If Leopard could not do the delivery, they should have refused when I was booking the same. "Very bad and irresponsible service. My consignment number is 755818869 and anyone can check its tracking history. It was booked on 24th October whereby Leopard Courier updated the tracker that it has been dispatched to Sargodha from Karachi. Fast forward 6 days later after consecutive calls to their horrid customer service which used delaying tactics like it will be delivered tomorrow etc, and finally after I lodged a complaint that the matter was looked into. In reality what happened was that they Never Dispatched the package from Karachi and it was still deteriorating God knows where. Today when I write this review it's 30th October. I still don't know if the package will ever reach me. Pathetic service I wish I could give them less than 1 star rating."

"Five Eid cakes were booked for Karachi, two were not delivered. Nobody was available for complaints up to the third day of Eid. On the 4th day, on my complaint, one cake was delivered and reported to me as, "has been delivered". For the 5th cake, it was reported that nobody was available whereas the fact is, delivery man reached there without conformation of their availability. Then afterwards the delivery man slept for the rest of the period. Delivery of Eid cakes after Eid is useless. Although I could get the money back after great effort, but I have lost the trust in Leopard. Performance and responsibility is hopeless. You have not given a grade below one star, but it actually deserves zero, even minus."

Sent a complaint mail to them. Then received a call from the employee against whom we had complained asking why we have put up that complaint against him. "Your office in Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal never delivers the consignment on the given address. Instead they ask you to collect it from their office, saying that the given address is out of their service area. If one refuses to collect the consignment from their office they return it mentioning that the addressee was not available at the given address. This has happened with me a number of times. Just yesterday I got a call from your courier asking me to collect my consignment received from Karachi, from their office in Kallar Kahar. On my insistence that it was his duty to deliver it on the given address he agreed to do so but has not done so and I'm sure that the consignment must have been returned with the remarks that the consignee was not available at the given address."

"I have used Leopards courier service a number of times. My experience with them has always been satisfactory with timely deliveries. I would suggest all, if they have a genuine problem of delays, they should mention their Ref. No. in the comments, otherwise, anybody like competitors can write anything against them with fake user names. We must talk with proof!"
