"Emaar Karachi, Pakistan is really a disappointment. While Emaar UAE is a world class real estate builder, their workmanship at Emaar Karachi, Pakistan is way below world standards. Their floor tiles are sub standard, their kitchen is sub standard, their bathroom fixtures are sub standard, their doors are substandard both in quality and workmanship. Their warranty is 12 months, but they take weeks and months to fix even a minor issue. Their management is a complete disappointment. Looks like their supervisors are not in control of the contract labor. They try to sugar coat from top, but inside they are average john doe of Pakistan. I think in the long run they will ruin the good name and reputation of Emaar UAE."
