"It is to inform you that me and my sister visited Depilex, Kharian for hair dying and were subjected to the most horrible experience! The lady incharge was highly unprofessional, she doesn’t know even how to apply the colour, cleanliness and hygiene was pathetic, she even changed our base colour to red instead of ash brown and when we showed our concern she was not even apologetic! We asked her to re-apply, as we refused to go out with that colour. We checked the date of the colour which had already expired. Kindly look into this matter their should be some check and balance for any franchise. You can’t keep your eyes shut."
"I am lodging a complain against services provided to me at Depilex F-10 branch, Islamabad. I am an old customer of Depilex and satisfied with the services. But this time I visited the F-10 branch for the first time on 18th of September, 2018 for an Extenso treatment and paid Rs. 22k for the same but they ruined my hair completely. I complained three times for compensation as I believed that they had the best customer service and would listen to their clients. A lady by the name of Salma attended my calls and provided me with a WhatsApp number for sharing pictures, which I did, but still they haven't responded back to me. Really very upset about this matter."

"I like Depilex a lot but my experience at your Peshawar branch totally destroyed me!! Please please train your staff at the Peshawar branch, they have no discipline, no ethics and they lie to customers and have no idea how to treat them. And if you complain about something they say this is not our fault! Very disappointed hope Depilex takes some strict action against such bad behavior!"
