With due regard to your efforts to ensure quality service in our area, I have some misgivings. It is my firm conviction that due to the lackadaisical attitude of some of your employees, my internet connection has been lying paralysed for a couple of weeks now. I fail to comprehend why the repair and restoration of an internet connection should call for so many reminders and requests. Worldcall disconnected my Cable TV on 23rd October for non collection of subscription for the current month. The payment was collected after a lapse of 24 hours and till today after another 26 hours have passed the connection has not been restored. My rating for this company was always 'Average' but with the current experience it has now gone from 'Bad' to 'Worse'."
