"Respectfully, appellant is highly aggrieved from the department because the appellant was reduced in rank from BPS-15 to BPS-14 without any notice/ information. Whereas, in other units of same organization BPS-15 employees upgraded in BPS-16. In this respect it is requested that guide lines may please be accorded."
