"Very very poor service. I own a restaurant in E-11/3 Islamabad. I am a Coke customer. It happened with me many times that I placed an order for delivery but they never delivered. Then I had to buy Coke product from wholesale market. Yesterday I placed an order for delivery with sales person name Mr. Basit. He did not bother to forward the order for delivery. When I asked him about our delivery, he said, he forgot to forward the order. Same thing happened with us last week and few time before as well. Not only this Mr. Basit suggested to us to buy from the wholesale market. When I told him I will complain, he replied that he doesn't care. Due to their poor service retailers are switching from Coke to Pepsi."

"I had a complain that on television commercial it is told that the 1.5 litre Coca Cola beverage is available for Rs. 65/= whereas the shopkeeper are selling it on Rs. 70/= and they say the agency is not giving us the scheme. This happened in SITE area. I called today on 0800-26531 at 10:15 a.m which did not connect. I contacted 111-112-653 and asked the operator to transfer my call to the Customer Service Department. The lady attendant responded to call on the 0800-26531 after one hour to log the complain. I asked if it was not connected after waiting an hour then? She said then you can call us on 111-112-653. Worst, Isn't it! "
