"Pathetic service and sub standard products. I purchased Kenwood Split A/C from Rajgan Enterprises, but after a month the outdoor unit leaked. As it was under one-year warranty so I called Rajgan Enterprises to change the out-door unit. After repeated tries finally they send the so-called "Company People" to fix the unit but they just filled the gas and left. Since the out-door unit was faulty the gas again leaked and for full one month I kept on complaining but nobody came to attend. Three days back finally the "Company People" turned up and again tried to resolve the complain by refilling the gas. I insisted to them that as there is a leak in the out-door unit it is no use re-filling the gas again and they need to fix the out-door unit. So they took the unit with them and promised to fix it and bring it back the next day. Again today I called them and its not ready the owner is not ready to change the unit which was purchased not even three months back and is under warranty of one-year. "
