"I visited Makeup City outlet at Fortress Square Mall, Fortress Stadium, Lahore on the 21st of May 2019 for the first time. It turned out to be my worst experience. I will never buy anything from there again. The staff needs to be changed as they don't know how to deal with the customers. I was not satisfied with the product and the reaction of the staff and manager was pathetic and rude. I have never been insulted like this by anyone before. Never going there again!!"
