"This place is a Total Fraud. I placed an online order - Order No 799367 for Black & Decker Fan Air Heater. A day later I got a call from Symbios.pk that since the dollar rupee rate has changed therefore now it would cost me an extra Rs 500/. I refused to accept his deal and required him to either fulfill the order or refund the amount. It has been more than 17 days now that neither I have received the product nor they have refunded my amount. Don't know what to do against such fraudsters? Should I report to the Police or what? Any Suggestion?"

"They are very nonprofessional as they accept order while being out of stock and send you similar or defected products when you send them back bearing the courier charges they say they are out of stock and and offer you to choose alternate products from the site as they do not have any refund policy! I ordered on 30/March/2017 now its 11/May/2017 and the matter is still disputed!"

"I ordered one CISCO Router from Symbios website on 30.01.2016 and it says of next day delivery. I received a confirmation call from Mr. Azeem on 01.02.2016 at 4:48pm. He promised me to deliver the item the very next day. Today is 06.02.2016 and till now I have not received any call or order I placed. All I want to say is this is the worst ever customer services one could even imagine. Unprofessional attitude with no feedback calls which I expected might be I will receive a call if your system says that this delivery was dispatched or delivered!"

"I ordered a Che Guevara t-shirt from your online store and paid for the same. I was delivered one with Bob Marley. This is very bad service. How can I return now when you don't even attend calls!!!!"

"Very bad experience with Symbios! I bought shoes from them but I called for size 44 but they dispatch me size 42. Now I call them but no one is attending to my complain. I would advise every one to be careful with Symbios as their dealing is completely non-professional."

"Symbios.pk is a SCAM Company! Do not buy from them. I have experienced poor customer service and received faulty goods and nothing is being done about it. I have never done online shopping in Pakistan simply because I did not trust shopping in this way. I found some shoes that I liked and thought I'd purchase them and so I did. I purchased these shoes from Symbios.pk. When I received my order they had sent the wrong size so I sent them back. I wasn't all that fussed as I do understand things like this can happen. So then they sent me new ones and I was horrified! They were in the most worn out condition, dented everywhere and ripped and to top it all they were not even the same shoes that I ordered! The colours were different. It feels like that these shoes have come from a second hand shop. Since then I am trying to contact Symbios.pk but they now even don't attend my calls."

"Very bad customer service. They have zero technical support. I bought an Android mobile from Symbios. After a week it broke down. Now it is over two months it is lying with them and they neither return nor fix the problem."
