Services are declining day by day. I heard that Khybermail has been renovated as per international standard. I think they mean as per standard of the poorest African countries. May God protect us from corrupt people of railway, they have destroyed this great institution."
"My family traveled yesterday [24-JUN-2018] from Lahore to Karachi using the service of PAK Business Express. The booking details are as follows: Booking Name: Aisha & family Date: 24th of June, 2018 AC Business Class - Coach No. 5 (Seat D 5/6) Train No. 304DN Pak Business Express We were highly disappointed with the services provided to the passengers of Business Class on 24th of June, 2018 Lahore to Karachi. First of all, this Coach No. 5 is very very old and not meant for Business Class bookings rather economy class might be much better than Coach No. 5.! The main issues are as follows: - AC was not working at all. Too much suffocation in this hot weather. - Washrooms are more than DIRTY and there were no water available. - No Water dispensers are available for drinking water. - Passengers without booking are sleeping on the walking floor. Having said the above, I will be going to launch the complaint to the headquarters as well. I would appreciate if anyone can please check and investigate with your team and advise why this happened. I need written confirmation on the compensation and assurance from you that these issues will not be replicated going forwards. I Hope strict and immediate actions will be taken in this regard."

My experience is that some of the services have much improved like train timings but other services like no soap in washroom, no good video movies, no provision of tea on time still exist. Moreover I appreciate that the Pakistan Railway is also running another train service as Awami Express at 1 pm, but there is no AC Parlour bogie which must be there."
