"I lost my permanent tooth because of them, when I was about 15 years of age. The doctor took an Xray of my jaw, and told me that one of my teeth is a baby tooth and needs removal, because it is impacted by a permanent tooth underneath it. Then she tried to remove it but couldn’t, so she referred me to Dr. Amin-ur-Rahman, the owner of this business. At the scheduled appointment, he had the Xray in front of him, and removed that tooth after a long tug-of-war. Then he told me that the permanent tooth underneath it will come out anytime. I agreed. A few years later, I went to the same place for a dental checkup, and found out that one of my permanent teeth is missing. Eventually I was told that the extraction that was done was on a misidentified tooth, which was itself a permanent tooth. This made total sense, why that permanent single tooth took an hour for removal was because it was not a baby tooth. So in short, they accidentally removed my permanent tooth. When I went to complain, I was just casually told to get braces from them to fix this problem by adjusting the gap. When I said I live in the US, I was told that they have a branch in North Carolina, so I should show up there. 1. Why should I travel all the way to North Carolina to fix a mistake they made? 2. Why should I trust them with my jaw after this horrifying experience? If this had been done in the US, their license would have been REVOKED. But rest assured, I am soon going to legally pursue them. My advice would be never to trust them with your teeth, because if you lose your teeth, you will not get them back for the rest of your life. I, along with my brother, were their regular customers. But this incident has changed my viewpoint and revealed the true nature of their vile practice. I promise, this malpractice will pay one day. Count on it!"
"I was in Lahore recently when felt a sharp pain in my lower jaw. On recommendation of a friend, I visited Rahman & Rahman, Muslim Town, Lahore clinic. It was my first visit here. The ambiance of the clinic is neat and clean with professional staff and reception and waiting area for patients. My case was handled by a young doctor, who was very courteous and constantly kept talking to me, informing me what he is doing and why. It turned out that my wisdom tooth need to be extracted as it was pressing against my lower jaw. I was given local anesthesia and the procedure was completed withing 15 to 20 minutes. I would not say that there was no pain involved but it was bearable and the doctor was most professional. Would strongly recommend Rahman & Rahman to my family and friends!"
