"Worst experience ever with Turkish Airlines! Lost my baggage on September 15, 2015 at Istanbul Ataturk Airport, arriving from Stockholm. It has been two months now, the lost and found at airport on September 18 informed me personally that my baggage has been found and is lying at the Domestic Terminal. I provided baggage tag and flight information to them. Now I call them and every time they reply that I should provide them with details of clothing colour and price. This is really shameful."
