One of their children, Ali Raza - son of Hussain Bux, file no.1170, has thalassemia major and has been registered with your hospital since he was born. Recently he has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C which occurred due to a blood transfusion involving un-sanitized syringes given by your hospital. When the family tried to complain, your staff refused to help them and was very rude. So they called me to help and I phoned your establishment up but I was constantly being transferred and they were not taking my call seriously so I tried again and they took the details and name of the child and my number. Now, I request you to take this case seriously and grant the child the treatment he deserves in a good hospital until he has recovered completely."
