"I bought two ceiling fans Crystal model in March 2021. After 1 month circuit of fans not working. I tried to complain on given numbers on the warranty card. After a long delay the team finally arrived and replaced faulty circuit. Now again both fans are out of orders and I continue try to lodge complains but no one attends calls. It is bad experience, a brand which claims premium quality, providing such unsatisfactory services."

"We bought brand new Pak Fans from your dealer M/s. Habib Electronics, Aram Bagh, Karachi. While installing we found scratches on them. Later we discovered that the fans were not brand new and had been painted to sell as brand new. This is complete fraud and a bad reputation for Pak Fans! Request is to please take it up with your dealer and perhaps cancel his dealership on defrauding people, so a lesson is learnt!"
"We bought Pak Fans for our home. All our ceiling are covered by Paak Fans. Now, I have talked to the dealers, but nobody can provide me replacement. We called your Service Center in Block 7, Gulistan-e-Joher near Safoora Goat and they never bother replying back, or coming over. Where can we get replacement for these fans? Somebody who has a responsible after-sales service department which works! I hope you can replace two of the ceiling fans as soon as possible beacuase we have a wedding ceremony of my daughter next month."
"We bought Pak Fans for our home. All our ceiling, exhaust and pedestal fans are Pak Fans. But I am now regretting this decision. The reason is that you have lousy after-sales service in Karachi. All our Pak Fan exhaust fan fins (propellers) have turned brittle and are perishing. I have talked to dealers, but nobody can provide me replacement parts. We called your Service Centre in Phase-VI (DHA), and they never bother replying back, or coming over. Where can we get replacement fins for these exhaust fans? Next time, we are going with some other brand. Somebody who has a responsible after-sales service department which works!"
"I purchased three box louver type Pak Fans from M/s. H.R Electric Co, M.A Jinnah Road, Saddar, Karachi on 24-June-2015. On the very next day the fans started showing problems, such as disturbance in starting and taking load, grill not working smoothly. I think the quality control system of your company is not functioning properly or there is no Quality Control Department at all. Is this your long experience, which you so proudly express in your advertising. Please ensure that the products you dispatch to your dealers are 100% fit for use so that the end-customer does not loose confidence in your brand, as well as in Pakistani made products!"
"Sorry to say we had a bad experience with Pak Fan. We bought a brand new Mist Fan on 15th of June 2014 for Rs. 11500. Brought it home but till today it is not functioning properly. Sometimes the mist systems gets faulty sometimes the fan rotation gets faulty. The most disturbing thing is that there is no responsible after sales service. Pak Fan is a reputed brand. One does not expect such attitude from them. They claim to have a Quality Control department where each and every fan is checked. So then why are we facing such issues."
