"Purchased 1.5 ton inverter air conditioner in Apr-18. Complaint lodged...no cooling impact even in Sep-2018 and no reasonable air throw. Unimpressive visit by your technician with no fruitful results. It has left me with a very badd impression of Samsung brand. I demand to talk to your senior managers in this regards. My receipt number is 10042018 purchased through Hyperstar, Walton Road, Lahore."
