"Daewoo has no home delivery service, contrary to their claims. They never deliver at home, you have to go and pick up from their terminal after they delay the delivery for weeks. I can't tell what's more pathetic, their bus service or their cargo service."

"Got a chance to travel from Rawalpindi to Lahore on Daewoo Express Premier Luxury Bus service recently. Sorry to report that the quality of service has gone down considerably. To start with the bus was late. The funny thing was that there was a constant announcement for the passengers to board the bus but the bus itself had not arrived, so the passengers were haphazardly wandering on the crowded terminal trying to find the bus. After a delay of half an hour the bus arrived and we finally boarded. Astonished to see the seating which were cramped and quite uncomfortable as the recliner did not work properly. In spite of big ZONG Wi-fi advertisement all over the bus you will not get this facility on at least the Rs. 1,300 ticket, which is quite pathetic. In-house service was also not up to the mark as the steward looked quite annoyed for some unknown reasons. Daewoo used to be a very good service but sadly the standards have fallen over the years!"

"Very poor cargo services. A traveling bag weighing 40 kg was booked from Islamabad to Sargodha. Handle of the bag was broken and surface of the bag from one place was torn. Their local office numbers were not responding!!!"

Branch manager is like they are helpless. Complaint numbers are also not responding. My point is why should we wait a whole night for their poor time management. I have no one to ask for help to sort out our problem. This is how Daewoo treats its passengers!"
