"They are very unethical and bad mannered people; services are horrible. We had a booking of 10 triple sharing rooms and had paid them all due amount in advance but when I reached there with my team they made us wait in the lobby for around 45 minutes. Then when we reached in our rooms they were horrible, badly furnished and full of insects and mosquitoes. Amazingly when we complained no one was bothered and the Manager Mr. Ayaz Khan just hang up the phone. So we decided to leave but at this last hour we could hardly manage to get some rooms at a nearby guest house and till 1 am our whole team remained on the road. This shameless attitude of Dream Land Management can neither be excused nor compensated."
