"I have had a very bad experience with this company. It happened at their Blue Area Islamabad outlet, I bought some sweaters and other stuff from there, I had my sweater dry cleaned and it shrunk to the size of my youngest son. They completely refused to own their product and were reluctant to forward my complaint. After a long discussion they agreed, kept me waiting for seven days and than called me and refused to change the sweater. It is not about the money or anything else, its about ownership of your product with all its pluses and minuses, they disowned their product and created a VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I advise the owner to educate and train your people."
