"Pathetic service! I wanted 2nd Day Delivery for which I paid special charges of Rs. 400/- but my parcel was not delivered on time. Helpline is the worst! I called and I was informed that due to incomplete address the parcel was on hold, which was obviously a lame excuse as they had already delivered on the same address a week back. When delivery not made on 2nd Day as committed then why was I charged extra for the same. Their services are not trustworthy! "
"The most pathetic courier service ever! If you cannot deliver on time and take care of customers concerns then close this good for nothing service. 1.You charged extra for special handling even with that my parcels were broken. I put forward claim application; no response, no update. My parcel was dispatched on 4th September. It was received damaged and the client refused to accept it. I did not receive it back even after on month. I called like 100 times on helpline, no guidance no response. Its been a month they are not even returning damaged pieces even. Damaged pieces include; 550331110000006 dispatched for Sialkot with extra handling charges broken, neither returned not claimed, 55033111000008 dispatched for Multan broken despite of extra charges for special care. Received broken by client. 2. One parcel dispatched on 4th September for Karachi . There has been no update on that. Client never received it, I was not contacted regarding that parcel, no reason provided. 3. Except for one payment, all my payments are received almost 7-10 days after client pays and every time I have to notify for my payment, make multiple calls then they give it in a laid back manner. For instance my one parcel was received on 27th September by client, today it is 6th October still no response despite of calling the branch manager like everyday! 550331110000010 still unpaid after 8 days and the branch manager tells us a new story everyday. One day they will say we transfer on Tuesday, the next day they say we transfer on Wednesday. 4. There is no proper channel or communication amongst the staff themselves. The branch manager says something else, helpline guys say something else. No proper guidelines, no proper SOPs at all to guide the client and help them. I have been chasing all these issues since 4th of September and whole month has passed but they failed miserably to solve any of my issues. So my review; pathetic service, not worthy of your trust, time and money. They will charge you extra for special care then damage your pieces then lack proper support system to clients and keep kicking you from one door to another to just add to your misery. "

"The worst ever courier I have experienced. My consignment was not delivered at home on the target date. A day later I was informed to collect it from their office. I asked the representative to provide home delivery but he refused. I launched a complaint, I approached customer care service, I approached regional office, I approached head office but all in vain. When disappointed from this third class service I visited their office, I was shocked to see there my fake signatures affixed on receiving sheet. Never use this third class courier. Bad is not a suitable category to describe this company, there must be an option worst than Bad!"

"Bunch of incompetent nincompoops running this service! Booked important university documents on 8th Feb 2018 for America. It's the 23rd of Feb today and no tracking details are available. UAN number is just there, no body ever picks it up. If you are sending stuff for international destinations, use DHL, Fedex or even our local Pakistan Post they are responsive and faster than these third class courier."

"We have a contract with OCS for delivery of equipment items in 39 different cities of Pakistan. The terms of our contract are to deliver and get receipts of the goods and we are paying special rates for the same. We have had a bitter experience with OCS. It takes one or two to get the delivery confirmation from OCS. The delivery receipts which are provided to us are mostly incomplete, unsigned and one page is attached with other with no sequence. We have complaint to the OCS Management several times and have requested them to improve the level of their services but to no avail. "I have never seen this kind of irritating and bad service before. OCS branch/franchise at tehsil Sadikabad (district Rahim Yar Khan) is the biggest scrap. Staff over there have no sense how to deal with customers. Recently they collected a parcel from Islamabad and kept that with them at branch/franchise and updated the status at web with anonymous receiver. This created a big misunderstanding between me and the supplier about the delivery of the parcel. Finally we came to know that the parcel had been kept at the OCS branch/franchise, with no intimation or information either to the sender or the recipient.
