"It does not look like public service company. If you want to register a complaint, you are sent from one person to another. There is no system of acknowledgement of a letter. If you write them a letter and send it by post then until you wrote the name or title of the person, the letter is returned as not accepted."

"Regretfully it is informed to all those who matters at PTCL that our landline number 021-34384117 is out of order SINCE LAST ONE MONTH. Despite our best efforts and repeated complaints, the said phone is still DEAD state? No body seems to care at PTCL despite of all boosting and high claims about their services. Is any body here listening?"

"We have PTCL DSL internet connection installed on number 041-4620322. The problem is that most of time this connection is disconnected. We have complained many times about this problem to concerned PTCL officials but they pay no heed to our complaint & concern. Consequently we have to face this inconvenience most of the time. "It has been almost two weeks our landline as well as internet is not working! Despite registering a complain online and three time telephonic conversation, on consecutive days with SDO (Raja Zahid), nothing has been done so far. Tell us whom should we contact who could address the issue? why some people destroying the image of PTCL and why action is not being taken against such people who just enjoying their salaries but bringing bad name to their organization! I think at the end of the month our bills should be deducted from their pays and their should be some rules to avoid unnecessary delays!"
"Worst service in Broadband EVo Wifi I am experiencing in Hyderabad! Raised complaints number of times and the only response I get is that the network signals are not good in this area. If the signals are not good then why they provided the line. Really fed up with such attitude. Will not suggest anyone to go for EVO Wifi Cloud."
"Very poor service. My phone is out of order since 23rd Nov 2014 with complaint No.29. There is no dial tone. It seems PTCL has a bogus compliance system. A computer generated call will tell you that "Our Rep Will Contact", but no one actually attends the complain."

"Pathetic service of PTCL Broadband in my area. Despite my regular complains the staff is so lethargic they are least pushed to entertain the customer problems. Help line only keeps on registering complaints and always issue new complain numbers. They have no idea on updates or of the technical issues. PTCL has come a long way but it has a lot of milestones still to achieve especially in ensuring service excellence."
