"I am a regular customer and am enjoying shopping at Imtiaz Store started since it opened doors in North Nazimabad. My following complaints which are noted need to be addressed; 1. Price tag on designated item racks differ from your cash counter system. On complaining, I was informed that rates have been updated on the system but not updated on racks. Its make us discourteous. Please try to understand that customers always buy after looking at the competitive rates which appear on product tags at the racks. 2) I use to buy Habib Oil pouches. When picked from rack found okay but it leaked when it kept out from bag at home. This has happened two times, reason unknown. 3) Ladies toilet to be separated as it is observed your male customers as well as staffs are standing there to wait for their queue and ladies feel uncomfortable. 4) Lastly counter staffs uses GUTKA and MAINPURI and they do not reply by mouth just nod their heads or show fingers. Very bad manners need t be corrected."
