"My Honda City Aspire 1.5 Prosmetic 1500 cc (2015 model) had an accident on June 20th, 2019. The right side door was badly hit by another car and required immediate replacement. When I contacted my dealer - Honda Avenue, Islamabad and approached for the repair and replacement of door, I was surprised to note that NO DOOR was available in their stock. And a more dismal picture was revealed that already placed orders for the doors to the factory are in a waiting for last couple of weeks with no response from the Head Office/factory. I tried reaching out to the Honda factory in Lahore but none of their numbers were picked up during early hours of today - June 24, 2019. The situation is not only extremely disturbing rather shocking while dealing with a prestigious company like Honda for availing after sales services."
"Highly disappointed with Honda Alas company. I had booked two cars in September, 2017. For both the delivery dates was 31st of March 2018. The first car delivered with a 55 days delay and still waiting for the 2nd. Very bad experience and a lesson for the future!!"
"Honda is a good vehicle. I have had a Honda for the last 15 years. Never having to use the warranty clause for any thing. Honda has disappointed me because for the first time when I wanted to enforce the warranty for an AC compressor, I was given a run around and refused. I was not expecting this type of treatment from Honda. However, I still recommend Honda, only hope you never have to use the Warranty clause, because in Pakistan it is not honored!!"

Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Limited is a joint venture between Honda Motor Company Limited Japan and the Atlas Group of Companies, Pakistan.
The Company was incorporated on November 1992 and joint venture agreement was signed in August 1993. The ground breaking ceremony was held on April 17, 1993 and within a record time of 11 months, construction and erection of machinery was completed.
The first car rolled off the assembly line on May 26, 1994. Official inauguration was done by President of Pakistan, Sardar Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari. Mr. Kawamoto, President of Honda Motor Company Limited Japan was also present to grace the occasion.
The Company is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchanges. On July 14, 1994 car bookings started at six dealerships in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Since then the Dealerships Network has expanded and now the company has sixteen 3S - Sales, Service and Spare Parts and thirty 2S Service and Spare Parts pit stops network in all major cities of Pakistan.
Since the commencement of production in 1994, the company has produced and sold more than 150,000 cars till Oct, 2008. All dealerships are constructed in accordance with the standards defined by Honda world over. Percentage of local parts conforms to the government's policy. Local vendors are continuously patronized to develop parts locally. The quality of local parts is thoroughly checked to meet stringent international standards.
