"I am buying Glaxo's famous product Augmentin for the last 2 weeks from a pharmacy name Servaid in Wapda Town, Lahore. Every time I bought a bottle the cap on it just refuses to open! Eventually I had to use a sharp knife to cut it. Tonight when I went to the pharmacy I asked them to open the bottle and even they failed and told me to use scissors! Now either this is a fake or the company, Glaxo Smith Kline has a problem in there packing line. If this is the case then being a multinational company you should be aware of the quality of your products and it should be high class, if its a negligence on your QC department then you need to lift back all the stock from the market as consumers are paying for top quality product not a badly packed one."
