"Pathetic. I bought furniture worth Rs. 900K, Order No.9947 dated October 15th and Order No.10026 dated October 29th which got delivered at 01:15am in the morning of 1st November. The delivered products had horrible finishing not at all how they looked on their website, de-shaped cushion, very poor polish finishing with visible marks on the furniture. I shared my concerns along with pictures of the delivered products with Mr. Ilyas the sales person the next morning at Habitt, Gulberg, Lahore. His remarks were he will share this with his senior management. Finally the answer cam back from the senior management and which was - We apologize this will not happen next time! Seriously! I will never visit them, neither recommend them and will take action against them. This is pathetic attitude towards customers! I did not pay Rs. 900K to be handed over smeared and scratched furniture. My sincere advise to others is to buy furniture from local shops instead of wasting huge amounts on such low class service in the name of imported furniture!"
"Third class customer service! No concept of customer dealing at all. Bought a new Tudor Mattress which got completely de-shaped in 5 months. They changed it after taking Rs. 3,000 though it comes with a 10 Year FREE Replacement Warranty! Even the replaced mattress de-shaped in two months. Complaint is pending at their end for the last 1 YEAR but they are so shameless to reply and bother to give any feedback. Even went personally to contact at Dolmen outlet but one of the representative agreed that its how they behave and no use to make a complaint. They have a policy once sold means sold and then no concept of customer service."
"I want to lodge a complaint. I bought a Tudor mattress from Habitt outlet, Lahore approximately 7 months ago. I was told there was a life time guarantee but after only 3 months of use it sagged. I am definitely not an overweight person and I don't have small kids that like jumping on a spring mattress. I REPEATEDLY called the store and each time I was told a replacement is coming over but nothing happened. SUCH APPALLING AFTER SALE SERVICE... I may have been tricked into buying a faulty piece but you cant continue to do it all the time. A time will come when Habitt will fade out because it doesn't take care of its customers. So disappointing!"
"Very unhappy with their service standard. No time commitment. Sent me a burgundy shade cupboard which had a faulty door and lock. The shade of the cupboard is a mismatch with the brown furniture I got. I understand the grains are same but the cupboard is much darker anytime. Instead of replacing or refunding the cupboard the customer service rep is insisting that I get the bed and dresser color changed to that of cupboard as for him that's the only solution. Despite agreeing to the fact that they have light effects in the showroom, its just unfair to sell complete mismatch option."
