"Extremely UNETHICAL business practice! While ordering some products today, the assistant helping me added a lipstick in my order by mistake. I immediately pointed out the error but was given the lipstick anyway. I RETURNED the lipstick and asked for a refund. They refused to return my money! I was told that my money will be put into my account and I can buy something else with it... WHAT? I have to buy SOMETHING ELSE I DON'T WISH TO BUY! What kind of a product return policy is this?"
