"Worst maintenance service from Blue Berry Kitchen despite of guarantees even for electronic appliances! Broken microwave. When asked by local technician, who opened in front of us and discovered it was due to short circuiting in the inner control panel. Blue Berry refused to provide home service without high transport and service charges as their main office is in DHA, Karachi and we are residing in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. After one year their Shaheed-e-Millat branch closed from where we purchased. Sieve like holes in kitchen taps within one year. Again I called their main office in DHA and the manager's mobile many times but mostly no reply and twice excused for mother's death and non availability of labour. It is pathetic that world class brands like Robam and Oulin working with such bad kitchen makers. We strongly recommend anyone looking for kitchen design services to stay away from this company."
