"Worst experience ever! Would never recommend to anyone. It was heartbreaking that those who are meant to be your guide during hajj are only concerned for their family. They nearly left us at the airport on arrival at Jeddah and on our way back they did not guide us at all. We had to figure out things ourselves. Other group leaders were helping their groups while we found Mr. Ahsan in the queue with his family ONLY without knowing where are the people from his group whom he was supposed to guide. Pretty much we all were helping each other. They took extra money to provide extra services like buses, tents and food but soon we found out that they were using all the basic services provided from Saudi government for pilgrims as we could clearly see other private groups buses, private tents food arrangements. I know we were not there for luxury but if you have elderly people on wheel chairs and you pay EXTRA just to have a bit more convenience for them and you get such behavior in return then it’s clearly CHEATING. When we tried to talk to them they started fighting and later when we told them we might get the local police involved so they started to bully us and embarrass us in front of the entire group as if we were some VIPs who were asking for something extra. Hajj was a great experience but sadly these people made it a horrible memory for us. I am not writing this to complain but just to warn others. Oh and don’t even ask about the food they provided which again they took extra money for."
