"My mother was in the cosmetic section at Chase Up. She was standing for well over an hour. First, she was trying out a lipstick and asked for a tissue, but was completely ignored by the sales staff. Then she complained to another staff lady that she has been standing for an hour and no one is attending to her, to which she was told "Jhoot Nahi Bolain, Apko Ghanta Nahi Hua"! Seriously is this any way to talk to a customer! Instead of facilitating the customers these staff people are busy in their own gup shup. Very disappointing."
