"Today I had the privilege to visit Honda Point to get oil change of my Honda City car after the first 5,000 km mileage. The place where the token is deposited and papers prepared was so stuffy and hot that it was difficult to stand there for long. There was a large number of customers with only two or three chairs. There was one air conditioner which was too small for such a large room. There is no area for customers to sit comfortably and wait for their turn. After collecting papers I had to search for the person called ‘Advisor’ who was no where to be found. I kept standing along the car from 4 pm to 6 pm, good two hours, waiting for oil change. Next time I will think twice before visiting Honda Point!"
