"I bought a pair of pumps from Ehsan Chappal Store, Commercial Market, Rawalpindi outlet. I wore them one time and the studs came out. I gave the pair to the outlet and after a very long argument they repaired it and the branch manger gave me a receipt that if it broke again I would be given a new pair of shoes. But the same thing happened when I wore it again. I called the branch manager for the complain and I was shocked at the behavior of the branch manager. He flatly refused to take responsibility and said there is no policy of exchange and got extremely rude with me. I remind him about the receipt and his written commitment on it. But he kept on misbehaving and refused to replace the faulty shoes. Ehsan Chappal Store must look into this matter as well as the quality of the products being sold to customer. You may have a big name in the market but such behavior of your staff and such poor quality of your products will soon bring a bad name to your brand. Needless to say that I am definitely not purchasing any shoes from your store again!"
