"I purchased Changhong Android TV Model U65H7Ti back in February 2022 and it got defective just after after 9 months. Was sent for repair and received back in January 2023 and again after 6 months it’s again defective. Very bad Changhong Ruba products, not recommended at all."

I took it to the service centre and after one month they told me it will cost Rs. 80,000 to repair whereas I bought this for Rs. 99,000 and today this sort of TV is almost available at this price. Government should take action against them selling substandard appliances. They are wasting valuable foreign exchange of this country by bringing scrap goods into Pakistan. "Okay this is a follow up of may last review dated 29th of June, 2016! As per commitment Mr. Nadeem did send his technician to my home for the checking of my LED Tv. He fixed the problem of audio by doing some cleaning and servicing. I was assured that I will not have this problem again. The LED Tv is working fine since then but I am not really satisfied with the quality of the audio which is very poor. As for the customer support, it cost me Rs. 600 for the home visit which I paid and I am satisfied with the job done. But still very skeptical about Chinese products!!!"
