"It is suggested to increase HDIP CNG Cylinder Testing Centres in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad keeping in view their dense population. For example Karachi has 5 districts so at least 5 Testing Labs should be established here. This would encourage CNG users to get their CNG cylinders duly tested reducing wastage of time and inconvenience."
