"Very bas experience with Shaheen Air! Yesterday I was booked from Islamabad to Karachi on the 4 pm flight. Reached in time got a good seat and was informed that the flight would take off half an hour late that is at 4:30 pm. But even after 5 pm there was no announcement for boarding. Shaheen Air staff kept giving us false information that the flight will depart after 15 minutes. At 6 pm an announcement was made that the flight has been delayed due to a technical fault and may leave at 7 pm which eventually departed at 7:30 pm. The sad part is that no responsible person from Shaheen Air was present throughout this period. Passengers were confused and were unable to inform there relatives as to when they will be reaching Karachi!"
