"POOR! PATHETIC! WORST! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a light blue denim and received my order after 5 days which was faulty. There was an issue in the pocket as it was rough. Same day I sent them a complain email. I received a reply but NO ACTION TAKEN. I mailed them again and again. I called them but no response. Then a staffer asked me to send it back in order to exchange. I am supposed to bear the cost of return as well after paying Rs.180 delivery charges. He said either send it back or go to the nearest outlet and exchange. What is this brand? I strongly recommend to everyone NOT TO BUY BREAKOUT. They do not care for customers, just cheating."
