"I purchased hair extensions from the beauty shop at ENEM Mall. I asked for black curly hair, I also requested that the product should be opened so I can see and try it, but they refused to open and show it to me. It was in a box. I was not informed of returned policy. Extensions were not right kind, so the lady at the beauty salon told me we could not use them. Next day I went to return the un-used product packed in the same box. I was told this product has no exchange no return policy which I was not informed of at the time of purchase and nor is it stated anywhere on their sales receipt. I will not go back to this place they are liars and rip-off."
