"Open Testing Service - OTS has canceled the test of Sub-Inspector Investigation without informing the candidates. I was informed by a friend that the test has been postponed due to a leak in the test papers, but no one at OTS informed us directly on our mobile numbers or email. Kindly now tell us who will be responsible for the payment of TA/DA, as we went to the test center for giving test on the given date. Any leakage of the test papers is not the mistake of the candidates so why are we being penalized for the same. It is requested to please pay the TA/DA of all candidates which is only fair."
