"My family is a regular customer of Sarpino's. Today we visited the Johar Town restaurant and suffered a very bad customer services experience by the Manager. We asked him that we want to be seated upstairs as children are with us. For some strange reason, in spite of having sufficient space, the Manager kept us waiting which was really embarrassing. Our children were insisting to go to the play area but the Manager kept refusing that only children can go and you will have to sit down on the ground floor. This surely is a very bad expression with respect to customer services. Let me say that you have lost a precious customer who has no complaint regarding food but rather with the way we were insulted by an immature and imbecile person. I would like to know what kind of people you have hired for managing your restaurant, who instead of cooperating prefers to show your customers the way out of your restaurant. Finally I would say that we are never going to come again!!"
