"Very bad courier company! All they are good at is delaying your parcel which will either be misplaced or plainly lying in their office waiting for someone to deliver it to the destination. Never ever using them again."
"Worst Experience, the delivery person just threw all the parcels in front of my gate with the pretext to arranging and sorting the parcels so that I get the correct consignment. I could see precious parcels of people getting damaged but what could I do as this uneducated man was just ramping through them looking for my consignment and I was praying that it was found undamaged. Not recommended at all very unprofessional people."
"I ordered online from Chase-Up and they delivered my order through Call Courier. Strangely my order was not posted at my home address. I received a phone call from Call Courier office to collect my parcel from their office. Astonishingly the person talked so rudely as if he is doing some extra favour to me. I have your parcel, if you want it get from me. This is how he spoke to me. I am never ever ordering from any company who delivers through Call Courier! My advise to Chase-Up is to either change your delivery company or you will loose many customers due to them."

Call Courier only knows how to fool the people and their one and only favourite sentence is that your [customer's] query has been forwarded, after that it's none of their business either anyone responded on that query or not but they have forwarded the query!"

"Never use this service.! They do not deliver your parcel and their delivery boys are lairs. I called many times on their help line but they are not supportive at all. It is a torture to send parcels through this company as you have to run from pillar to post to find out where your parcel is. No one provides any details except that the parcel is on way and would be delivered in a few days. Very very frustrating to deal with them."
"Dishonest and fraud service! Please do not work with this courier company even for free! Their riders are extremely rude and have no training how to deal with customers. No one has the courtesy to reply to messages and calls. They do not deliver the parcels in proper sealed packing and many things are missing from the parcels when delivered! I had the most horrible experience with them so be warned and do not use their services!"
