"Very Bad Experience with PEL brand poor quality product! Some days ago I purchased PEL Inverter 18 cbf Refrigerator for Rs. 45,000/=. First time started refrigerator at home and felt some problem which was that below compartment produced very high cooling resulting in freezing of vegetables. I launched a complain, my complain number was 201802-004754, given by Lahore service center further instructed me that our technician will come to you within 24 hours. The technician came to my home and after examining informed me that this refrigerator has been repaired earlier and now will have to go to the service center for further repairs. I was shocked to hear this and immediately contacted the shop keeper from where I had made the purchase. He told me not to worry as the unit was not repaired earlier and may be faulty!. My question are that; 1. Why your complain division is so poor? 2. Why they not help to individuals complain? 3. How a faulty product came in the market? In above situation I have lost Rs. 5,000/- up till now to cover the cost of transportation and repairs. Your product quality is very poor and I would not recommend to anyone to go for PEL brand ever!"
