"My vehicle number is ALH-923 and I am a client of PromSat! Unfortunately my experience with this company has been very very frustrating. I am using a system provided by PromSat which is suppose to lock my car, that is the car ignition is switched off remotely and the car cannot be started. On several occasions this system has failed. I have complained again and again to them when ever this happens but no one ever responds to my complaints. I am being given the run around from one manager to another but it seems no one has any clue where the fault lies. I am extremely dissatisfied with their services!"
