"Byco Petrol Pump at Drigh Road, Karachi refused to give petrol and misbehaved. If Byco management is unable to rectify this situation at their Drigh Road Petrol Pump we will complain to OGRA. It is OGRA's requirement to first contact to licensee so my complain may be registered please."

"I want to complain about some of your Petrol Stations! I am a regular user of BYCO Petroleum Products from your Drigh Road, Karachi station but one of your stations distributors is making false profiteering by not providing the exact amount of petrol asked, every time! It is very shameful that you do not even have a checkup system at your stations to counter this false profiteering. If you would take action it would be good for your brand as well as your customers."
