"Kaufmann services were hired for a water proofing job at our house at Sukh Chayn Gardens, near Bahria Town, Lahore. The job was completed and the service provider offered a ten year warranty. One day later severe leakage developed due to rain and the matter was reported to Kaufmann representative who sent a technician to carry out repair works. However, the next rain exposed the quality of work and even more severe leakage was experienced this time. I have been trying to contact the local representative for the last one week but he neither responds on phone nor answers written messages through WhatsApp. Bad, bad experience!"
