"This is to submit that I had purchased pair of Bata shoes article no. 54-6564 size 09 on 21-Nov-2017 for Rs. 2,699 from Bata Shop Lucky One Mall, Karachi. As I belong from Larkana so returned back from Karachi after my vacation but could not get a chance to wear new shoes for a few months. First time I wore my new shoes for our Annual Conference held at Dubai in Feb-2018. During the conference the sole of the shoes detached and created lots of embarrassment for me in front of so many colleagues. The management of Atlantis Hotel helped me by providing a glue tube for temporary repair of the shoe sole. I hope you would pay your kind attention on my above mentioned complain. Bata is a big brand name in shoes manufacturing but the quality of your products need to be looked at and improved."
"Few days back I bought a pair of shoes from BATA Bahadurabad branch, Karachi. After I used them for the first time, the shoes got ripped and a piece behind the shoelaces got detached. I went to the shop and showed it to them. The manager gave me a COMPLAINT NUMBER and a RECEIPT for free repairing of my shoes. When I went back to the shop on the given date, they asked me to come back after four days as the shoes were not ready, they also gave me the branch tele number which I kept trying but got no response. After a week I went back to the shop to collect my shoes. The guy at the counter took the receipt and made me wait for one hour. Upon asking the reason for the delay, he started misbehaving with me, raised his voice and started shouting, which I found extremely disrespectful as I was there with my family. Without accepting his own mistake he shouted at me to either wait for an hour or leave. I asked for the manager who was absent and could not be contacted. With all this I have lost all the respect for the BATA brand. I won't be able to trust what I once used to admire the most! I request the Management of Bata Company to take this seriously as such behavior will surely destroy your hard earned reputation."

"I am an old customer and admirer of the Bata brand. However, this altogether changed when last night I was insulted and flatly asked by one of your managers to get lost and do whatever I could. The Issue: About a fortnight back I bought a pair of chapel for my son from your Park Tower Clifton Karachi outlet. Unfortunately when we unpacked the product its sole was detached from the rest of its body. The next day we asked for a repair of the defected item. They accepted the fault and asked us to visit them after two days. We visited them after a couple of days, they handed the chapel, which was not repaired and was returned as it was. My wife asked them for the reason, she was asked to leave it and they will have it fixed in 4 days. I along with my son visited the outlet yesterday at 9.30 pm where a salesman (Mr. Asad) attended us. He saw the receipt and said the shoe has not so far been fixed. I asked him why is it taking so long in fixing a rather very minor issue. He called someone and got the instruction that “Ask them to wait or get their 80% money back. This disappointed me, since Mr. Asad was a very young chap, I asked him to put me on line with some senior person so that I could lodge my formal complaint. He diald a number and there was a very impolite, person on the other side, he just started shouting at me and said “Why do you visit us and get lost”. Nonetheless, there was no point for me to continue the conversation and I requested him to let me know his name so that I might put across my plight to his high ups, but this infuriated him further and he said get lost I will not disclose my name and slammed the receiver on curdle and disconnected the line. I am a senior bank executive and did not expected such a harsh treatment from a private company’s staff. Having lost all hopes I am writing this review for your kind attention and reviewing your staff policies to make them more consumer friendly!"
"Your company is good but your customer service is not. We bought a ladies sandle from one of your outlets in Lahore. It got broken the next day. We asked to repair it, after few days when we went to pick up the sandle, condition was pathetic. Instead of repairing it, what we got was a sandle whose both buckles were broken and stitched. It was worth Rs. 2000 rupees but after repair looked less then Rs. 200 and instead of repenting on what they did, your staff was smiling all the time."
