"Very bad and disappointing experience. I ordered from Foodpanda.pk listed restaurant Karachi Dairy & Milk Shakes. I was delivered the most horrible, smelly and stinking milk shake ever! I contacted with the chat but they did not respond positively to my compliant, transferring the blame to the restaurant. If Foodpanda cannot guarantee the quality of food it is delivering then I think it is not worth ordering through them. I will definitely not recommend them for food delivery!"

"Very bad and disappointing experience , last night I ordered from Foodpanda.pk listed restaurant Jahanzaib Haleem Biryani and totally rotten food was delivered, smelly and spoiled biryani that obviously no one could eat. When I contacted customer support, I was told that we are sorry and the restaurant is delivering you fresh biryani but nothing was delivered and I had to have my dinner from whatever was available at home. Neither got my order re-delivered nor was I compensated. I would highly recommend not to order food from Foodpanda's listed restaurants, bad food and even worst customer service!"
