"I gave the task of printing visiting cards and letter-head to Mr. Shoaib. I was assured that the printing will be done in 2-3 days. Later after 3 days, I was informed that this printing was not possible at Instaprint and will be outsourced. I was told that this will require additional 3-4 days. Since I had already made complete payment, I was left with no choice and was extremely hard pressed due to my plan of travelling abroad. After 4 days, the manager Mr. Nabeel provided me the printed stuff which was totally obnoxious and was nowhere even near the sample that I had approved. The product was not even worth half the price. I strongly feel that the company is being run by the employees who are pocketing money by getting the printing done from outside. The management has left the customers at the mercy of these schmucks who follow no professional ethics. Overall experience was disgusting!!"

"Very poor and horrible customer dealing! We went yesterday, 29-01-16 at 2 PM for a print job which hardly takes a few minutes to finish. We were told that it is lunch time so come at 3 PM. Fair enough we went and came back at 3 PM. We were now told that the lunch is still on! Despite repeated requests we were made to sit till 3:40 PM for a job which took a minute to finish! I wonder if that's your criterion for a happy clientèle!!!"
