"Have you heard the phrase, ANDHON MAY KANA RAJA? Until I came to deal with W. Wilson Chemists, I could not fully appreciate the depth of this phrase. In the past, I had heard, that they do supply quality medication and I have no reason to doubt this assessment. But my experience with W. Wilson Chemists has been very unfortunate and I have come to realize that their business ethics are not of a reputable company. On 8th of November 2018 I purchased some medication from them and I also inquired if they had a wheelchair and they replied in the affirmative, but were out of stock. As I was returning back to Australia, I paid them the full amount for a wheelchair and informed the sales person that it will be collected from them in a few days. I also gave them my card which contained my name and contact details along with my email address. Unfortunately a month past and no one contacted me from W. Wilson Chemists. So I tried to contact them and like some of the reviewers, I also observed that there telephone manners were not adequate. I was calling from Australia, but they couldn't even bother to put me on to someone who could listen to my complain and kept on mentioning the price of the wheelchair as Rs. 8000. I informed the person on the phone that in November last year I had paid full Rs. 7500 for the same chair, which was not delivered to me till now, but he just simply hung up on me. I called again and insisted to be put to someone responsible, a manager. But the manager was no better either. He simply said, we have so many attending the shop every day and it is not possible for us to keep track of everything. They had no email address through which to communicate with them and therefore I had to write a letter explaining everything and attaching a copy of my credit card statement showing the amount paid on that day, when there was no stock available. I believe they have got the letter, because when my brother called the a few days back to collect the wheelchair, the staff answered that, when I returned to Pakistan I could come and collect the money. The so-called reliable W. Wilson Chemists fail to realize, that there is a law of contract in Pakistan. They offered to sell a wheelchair for Rs. 7500, I accepted the offer and paid for it in full on the same day. It is a valid contract. The price was locked on that day and they now just cannot refuse to deliver without a valid reason. This was done to me on a petty matter of Rs. 500. Really shameful. They do not deserve even one star."
"A reliable outlet for authentic medicines."
"Very rude behavior from staff..... They use very rubbish and bad language.... in my life I will never go to this shop again!"
"On 10th of Feb 2016, I went to W. Wilson Chemists & Cosmetics, The Mall, Rawalpindi outlet and requested for a medicine. I was astonished to see the behaviour of the staff as they behaved extremely rudely which was not only insulting but also beyond expectation! No responsible person was present in the shop who could listen to my complaint. It is my request that adequate training may be imparted to your staff on Customer Dealing before employing them."
"Excellent shop delivering quality products over decades!"
"The general staff seems okay at W. Wilson, but they have a very rude plain clothes security guard who is a trouble maker and is even prepared to fight with customers. The sooner they get rid of him the better as he has no idea how to deal with customers."
"Best Shop in Rawalpindi."
"This is a good shop selling genuine branded products."
